We're currently reviewing how we have set up our company campaigns. We're not sure if we're using them for full impact at the minute when it comes to reporting. I was wondering if anyone had any advice or experience on best practices for campaign segmentation? For example do you find it most beneficial to segment your campaigns by product or persona? At the minute we are sort of doing a mix of all sorts and we'd like to have more strategy behind this. I realise it will be different for every company but any advice would be greatly appreciated.
