I like this title because of its brefity and clarity. However, I don't feel it is inviting enough.

One alternative: 

Which of the four most recommended business books of 2021 have you read?

Too long and more of a subtitle. However, I do feel that this title is more compelling and more clickable.

Best Business Books 2021 is a good title: concise and clear ( and I love the alliteration B B B). I would definitely use it as a title and the second one as a subtitle. It's just a thought
