A working title is something to "work" off of as you begin to write your post. Start here to narrow your topic down and focus on one angle. A broad term, like “social media,” could breed multiple blog post ideas like “top social media channels for live video in 2021.”

What do you think about Myths and Facts About Getting Fit? As a person who struggled with body issues, it took me years to finally understand my own body because many vlogs and blogs give misleading information. (Perhaps it needs a better title because what I gave is too common) haha
I think that's a great title! It would also be fun to write and gather info for. You are very correct about all of the media and data floating around out there. I struggled with the same for most of my life, so empathize with you. When I began my journey, I wish I would've had a solid article or blog, or vlog about myths and facts that come along with the fitness industry. As someone who was looking for that exact type of info at one point, maybe being on the nose with a title isn't such a bad idea. On a side note, I'm happy that you found your way. It's quite magical once you find what works for you. Nothing about us is one size fits all!
