Why the list is missing it?

I'm surprised that GoogieHost.com was not included in the list https://blog.hubspot.com/website/best-free-wordpress-hosting-providers . In my nearly year of using their hosting services, I found their performance and reliability to be superior to InfinityFreeHost. The only downside is that the approval process to set up an account with GoogieJHost can be quite challenging.
