numbers of reach and engagements, as the new brand, our focus is "awareness". so, making the audience aware of our existence is our goal for now. it will be better if they engage with our contents as well
Monitoring webpage metrics is crucial for my business. I upload case studies to a specified website. Keeping tabs on page views, scroll-through rate, time spent on page, keyword searches, and referral metrics would all be valuable in assessing the effectiveness of my content.
Tracking webpage metrics would matter the most for my business. I publish case studies to a designated website. Tracking page views, scroll through rate, time on page, key word searches, and referal metrics would all be very helpful in analyzing the performence of my content.

While it is dependent, I feel customer interaction and excellent customer service would matter most if it's an in-person service. If it's an online business, it would be things like website traffic and the good use of social media platforms, as social media platforms have different kinds of audience.
In the hospitality business, our goal is to generate direct business - guests that will book directly on our website rather than through Expedia, Booking, and other 3rd party agencies. The goal is to reduce the commission paid to 3rd party and to identify the break-even point where the Marketing campaign makes sense. In other words if spending money on marketing does not generate direct business at the minimum at the cost of the Campaign then it doesnt make sense to continue with the campaign.
