While keeping the main target of my campaign in mind, I may be analyzing the following: Conversion process, Traffic origin, Bounce rate, Click-throughs, and Interaction.
As a nonprofit, I would have to say brand awareness and conversions are most important. Specifically, website metrics like bounce rate, views, and traffic sources, as well as social media engagement and email open rate.
We have been focused on qaulity and price. By quality we mean how good of a job we do and for price we try to be lowest in the area yet still having profit.
We've been more focused on brand & service awareness than conversions at this point. So the metrics we're paying attention to the most are website page views and referrals, keyword performance, social media engagement, impressions, CTR, etc.
Conversions to my Beats page is the most important metric for me. However engagement rates on certain types of content have helped me to establish what works best for my niche.
For my business, conversions such as actually clicking a link to our website is important to track. I work for an outdoor adventure company that provides guided tours/trips, so seeing that people actually looked into the opportunity to sign up is a good sign.
LinkedIn followers. This directly affects who our messaging goes to and ensures the right people are seeing our content. We only invite relevant people to like and all our ads are targeted at certain job titles and industries. After that I would say engagement on those posts in important, but get's inflated because so many of the shares come from company employees (althought I do appreciate the support)
Social media metrics such as comments, likes, saves and shares are most important for my business right now. These increase my brand awareness wich could generate new leads and eventually customers
Social Media metrics and email metrics matter to me right now as I work towards achieving a perfection in my social media management skills and email marketing skills
Social media metrics matter most to my business since I share most of my content on social media. The metrics I look out for include the reach metrics, the engagement metrics as well as the click-through rate.
I have used paid metrics for my business in the past for my Facebook page and I have discovered that it really worked well when compared to organic metric.
