In my case, I think that the type of metrics that matter the most will be changing across time. First, I want to see if I am getting traffic at all, and the bounce rate, to measure the quality. Eventually, I will be checking what are the parts of the page that are most attractive, etc. So far, I just want to know if people are arriving (page views), unique visitors, and bounce rate.

Lead conversions are optimal.

In our company, we value the conversion rates our marketing team converts from our marketing materials. This is essential as we work hand-in-hand with the sales team to convert potential personas to loyal customers.

The number of views for my videos, number of comments, likes and orders will be good measuring tools for my content.

Lead conversion matters the most because I want their email address to stay in contact at least once per week to let them know about my upcoming offers.

Organic metrics are the best for my site (social media and Web page metrics).

The metric of cost per click would be most important to me.

ROAS is most important.

The most important metric for us is that which leads to e-commerce traffic, which is email. We have a ton of competition for e-commerce, so the more we can keep top of mind, the better. The multiple touchpoints are important, like FB and Instagram. Currently, there is no budget for Google or SM Ads, but we have done this in the past for a boost.

Lead generation from my website and cold call emails; appointments/phone conversations from live prospects.

To determine the success of my content, my goals are to have 20% more followers on my social media ads. Hootsuite view multiple streams at once and monitor what customers are saying. I can adjust to what is relevant in the market and keep on improving my ads.

In order to get more awareness of our new community, I have to track viewers, the amount of like, shares, and comments increase or not. Indicated of that, I'd run a paid campaign to attract more metrics which better for my account

We struggle to get a lot of likes and comments on our posts. Our Instagram Reels seem to do pretty well, but our FB posts almost never get any shares. How do you get people to share and comment on your posts?
