Which metrics matter most to your business? I dont have a business at the moment, but if I were just starting, I would think the metrics that would matter most would be Reach, traffic sources, bounce rate, clickthrough rate then the conversion rates.
As a student without a business yet, I think that it's important to focus one customer acquisition and cost, lifetime value, and engagement rates, as I think this will all help on overall performance and growth of a business.
For my future business, in my opinion, both 'Social Media' and 'Conversion' metrics will matter the greatest to me.
