Having a process also allows you to think of ideas that may not be easily apparent. What's one thing you do to help come up with new ideas? How can you incorporate this into a repeatable framework (for yourself as well as those you collaborate with)?
2. Topic research which aligns with the targeted audience
3. Read old articles or books, connect dots, find your subject
4. A framework for how to start, the flow, and end of the article
5. optimizing for search engines and formatting it for better readability
6. Publish
7. Ideas come when you least expect them, carry a small diary and pen with you. I prefer to write it down, whenever an idea pops up in my mind. Writing down helps me rather than noting it down on my phone.
I will do a lot of brainstorming. Creating a visual mind map to get all of my ideas out on a sheet of paper helps me to visualize and see more clearly what it is that I am thinking.
I dive into all sorts of sources—articles, creative works, even social media conversations . This helps me see things from different angles and question my assumptions, which sparks more original ideas.
Here's how my approach can be incorporated into a repeatable framework:
1. Information Gathering:
Define the Topic: First, I identify the area where I need new ideas.
Brainstorm Sources: Next, I'll brainstorm relevant sources of information. This could include industry reports, competitor analysis, customer feedback, and social media trends.
2. Information Analysis:
Keyword Research: I'll identify key terms and phrases related to my topic. These keywords will guide my search.
Content Exploration: Using the identified keywords, I'll explore the information sources I've gathered.
Pattern Recognition: I'll look for trends and connections between the information I've gathered. This will help me see the bigger picture.
3. Idea Generation:
Free Association: I'll start with freewriting to generate a wide range of ideas based on the information I've analyzed. Letting my creativity flow without constraints.
Combinations & Variations: I'll explore how existing ideas can be combined or modified to create new solutions.
Challenge Assumptions: I'll question existing norms and limitations to spark disruptive ideas.
4. Idea Refinement & Selection:
Evaluation & Feedback: I'll evaluate the generated ideas based on feasibility, originality, and potential impact. I'll collaborate and get feedback from others to refine and choose the most promising ideas.
Action Plan & Iteration: Finally, I'll develop a plan to test and implement the chosen ideas. I'll be prepared to iterate and adapt based on the results.
I've been generating ideas for our village's festival since childhood, which has helped me develop my creative abilities. My process is simple: I usually sit at my table and ponder my objectives. Nothing extraordinary. Sometimes, discussing my ideas with a friend can spark new content straight out of the blue.
Very similar to the one described in the video. Get some material in my brain. Think about it. Get away and stop consciously thinking about it — something I call the mental slow cooker. And then wait for the idea or come back to it. I have had moments of stress before where, "Oh man, I have no ideas" and I've always found getting some raw material "into the hopper" is most always the antidote.
My creative process involves a mix of structured brainstorming and free-flowing ideation. One thing I do to come up with new ideas is to regularly engage in activities outside of my usual routine, such as going for walks, reading diverse content, or exploring new hobbies. These experiences often spark inspiration and lead to fresh perspectives.
When I need new ideas , I try to cut myself from everyone , and try to do nothing and after some time I just try to think and when I get a niche for myself , I try to think more on it and find out something from that time .
When I need new ideas, I do research, read similar content and then organize it. Also, I give myself time to allow the information to sink and my mind to process the information.
I think One thing I do is write it down on a piece of paper or on google dos, sublime text and save for later also note the date and time (for reference) Also I corelating these ideas and forming something new.
I come up with new ideas primarily from others social media posts, i recreate it to be more creative and more interesting. I collected small pieces and form each and try to remake it into a better version. And taking a shower also a way which helps me to pop up new ideas.
Ideas comes to me when I'm not thinking of the problem. There was a customer case I was trying to resolve but couldn't think of the best resolution to give, then I left and went to cooking in the process an idea popped up and I quickly wrote it in my notebook.
I have an idea to write something on the career counselor of the students. and also some thing on how to identify your skills . regarding your intrest field.
