Having a process also allows you to think of ideas that may not be easily apparent. What's one thing you do to help come up with new ideas? How can you incorporate this into a repeatable framework (for yourself as well as those you collaborate with)?
Most times, I just watch videos of my mentors online, read stories, articles, or blogs. Also, I practically stalk (in a good way tho😂) other thought leaders in the field and I just get some kinda inspiration. I read practically every one of their contents that I can find (lol).
The one thing i do to help come up with new ideas is to have a talk/meeting with my graphic designer and my friend (mentor, really) that is a fellow digital marketer. They serve as a second and third eye to what i am doing and point out areas that could use an improvement. I think it always helps to touch base with your team every month end to rub minds and discuss what works and brainstorm new ideas for the next month.
Conversation over trending topics always gave me new topics to think about. When people around me share any concerns, complaints or any interesting opinions, it lights up new thoughts. Noting down such scenarios saved number of my hours searching for creative topics. Also visualizing these perspectives at different angles ignites me sometimes to deep dive into the creative process
That’s such a powerful approach! I totally agree that conversations and real-life perspectives spark some of the best ideas. Not only does listening actively help us discover fresh topics, but capturing those moments in the moment really streamlines the creative process. Viewing things from multiple angles can lead to some surprising breakthroughs. Thanks for sharing your method!

I find it helps to get up and away from my desk...to walk around, outside if possible, maybe even do a lap around town, engaging with people I meet along the way. Often these interactions spark ideas I wouldn't have come up with on my own. Conversation also creates opportunities to ask questions of people about what they need, what kind of support would help them tell their story, or what's missing in their current environment that might help propel things forward. Even if our spheres of influence may be different, there are often commonalities that tie our work together and the import it has within our circles and for the broader communitiy. Then bringing these ideas from the field back to the office and sharing them with my colleagues more often than not generates some valuable starting points.
Sitting quietly or relaxing is my process of creating content. At the first step I usually just think about the trendy ideas in the surroundings and pick one of them, and step by step execution after completion of it, I just sit quietly at one side of the room, which is like a break, and then researching about the content then relaxing after completion of my work I just edit the whole content
Maybe go to the coffee shop with my husband and chatting to him about the global financial market and our future plan. After that, something are coming up in my mind.
During the early morning or evenings, alone with myself I generally observe the nature and ponder my mind into little things. Eventually something comes up in my mind, I try to take note of it.
One thing I do to help come up with new ideas is carve out some "alone" time to go for a walk or run. It's key for me because this step is so easy to skip, yet it's the step that bears the most fruit for me.
As a pharmacist I'm curious to read about food, plants and their effects on health. I like to read and listen to others about their point of view in each topic then I make my own research. I didn't start my own content yet but I write my ideas that pop into my mind from now then I will work on it soon.
I am continuously being curious - travel a lot or visit new places, exhibitions, explore new cafes and bars. Whenever I go, I always try to create a physical or digital memory of the things I encountered and liked. This can be in the form of photo, sketch, taking their card or poster, save an image in my collection.
To capture my ideas, I always carry a tiny notepad with me along with a small sketchbook if I need to visualise my idea and draw it. .
I guess, as said in the video already you need to be open to art, music, science, read books, stories, watch movies and everything that may seem at first irrelevant to your topic and your mind will serve you as the best patchmaker and it will give you back what you need if you are curious, open and if you allow yourself to consuming all and stay like a child... Make sure you are opening up all of yourself, not just your mind, but all of your senses, emotions. Go to the woods, look at nature and look at what nature has created already. If you do this on a regular basis, while this is the way you live your life - so it should not be a homework, it should be a lifestyle, then all you come across will sink in and come back in the notion of 'the creative idea', the rest is the 'factory job' that you do anyway.
I’m going to come up with new ideas by following these steps:
First, I’ll gather information by reading magazines, watching and listening to content on social media, and interviewing people. Then, I’ll let my mind process everything unconsciously. Once I generate new ideas, I’ll write them down and mix them together. After that, I’ll create creative content from them. Finally, I’ll organize the content using a good, repeatable framework and store it in Google Drive or Dropbox so that both I and my collaborators can access
My creative process starts with gathering inspiration—whether from books, conversations, or everyday observations—and letting ideas simmer before refining them. I use brainstorming sessions to capture raw concepts, then filter them through a clear structure to turn them into actionable plans. By documenting this approach in a simple framework, I can repeat it consistently and share it with collaborators to spark fresh ideas together.
creativity for me begins with emotions i aim to make people feel something.everyb piece.i crete starts with curiousity .i dive into the topic read extensivelynand research deeply to understand its core.once ihave abosorbed the knowledge,i let my imaginatiohn take over.i blend insighgts with originality, transforming what ihave learned into content that is both engagginng and emotionally powerfull.its not about informing its about connecting ,evoking and inspiring through every word i write
