For my blog, the best promotion would be influential mothers on Facebook and Instagram. Having their stamp of approval.  This would gain customers from their circle and beyond.

I share an honest opinion that hasn't put a lot of effort into promoting social channels since I'm trying to be good at all things social media. I have a Facebook page and Facebook group on that page. But, because I'm still learning how to do social media efficiently, that's why I am doing a course for content marketing after that will going to cover a social media marketing course.

Youtube is my business's most effective promotion channel because it is the beginning of my business and long high level educational videos are most effective on YouTube as thats where the audience is. I also think YouTube is a create place for long video content as that will gain trust a lot faster and stronger than Instagram or Facebook.

I honestly haven't put a lot of effort into promoting social channels since I'm bad at all things social media. I have a Facebook page and a Pinterest business page. But, because I'm still learning how to do social media efficiently, I do not have a most effective channel as of yet.

Facebook, this is because almost 90% of my customers have Facebook installed on their devices, and 90% of those customers visit it on a daily basis.

LinkedIn and Twitter

These two social media channels are chosen because the business is a B2-B business, and we would find many of our target audience on a more professional platform, LinkedIn. However, since it's also a tech-oriented business and would love to target tech enthusiasts and professionals, Twitter is the best bet to achieve this.

I work for an economic development council in a very small West Virginia town (population of around 2,500). Since we can't serve anyone outside of our region, and therefore don't need to maximize our reach beyond that region, paid advertising on platforms like Google and LinkedIn would not provide much value to us. Also, our median age is around 50. More traditional routes of paid adertising, like newspaper and radio ads, are more beneficial to us.
