Study your product, target audience and competitors very well. In this way, you can position your business at a better advantage. Also, learning should be never-ending: one should always keep up with the times, esp. in terms of marketing content, as this aspect of a business is ever evolving.
Number 1 tip to engage people is by connecting with the audience. Making sure that they feel you're just a person like anyone else and making yourself more relatable to most people if not everyone. And feeling confident on yourself and your ideas plays a vital role too.
know your customers, build your content paln and your promotion plan, check your growth and measur your content, reminder plan for a content that is adding a value to your customers
When getting started with creating a content strategy, my advice would be to first understand your target audience and their needs. Research their interests, pain points, and the platforms they frequent. Then, create high-quality, valuable content that speaks to those needs and resonates with your audience. Consistency is key, so plan out a content calendar and stick to it. Finally, measure the performance of your content regularly and adjust your strategy as needed. Remember, it's not just about creating content, but creating content that adds value and engages your audience.
Businesses can distinguish themselves as experts in their sector and get trust from their audience by focusing on generating valuable and relevant content.
Furthermore, high-quality material is more likely to be shared by consumers across several platforms, increasing its organic reach. This not only increases brand awareness but also attracts visitors to the website or social media platforms.

What's your #1 content strategy tip?
My #1 is to use numbers and market trends as a foundation for all your decisions. Experiments are great, but they should be based on at least some info, not your inspiration or personal preferences.
Be proactive, conduct experiments, and never fear to fail in your content strategy endeavors. Use tools and make smart decisions to enhance and improve your content strategy acumen.
In my opinion, the best content strategy tip for a new social media manager/ marketer is to know as much about your intended audience as you possibly can before even testing the waters of social media. This includes everything from age, location, gender, or any other demographic. Then research the interests, buying habits, platforms they use, how they typically interact with content, and any other relevant metric. This is because, ultimately your entire content strategy will revolve around your audience, so you really need to know how to cater that audience as the first step. Not only will this make your content strategy more effective, but it will also make it less difficult, as knowing what type of content your audience consumes and enjoys and then making content for that is easier than making content first hoping to appeal to your core audience. Overall, knowing your core audience first thing will make your entire content strategy easier, more efficient, and most importantly more effective.
Creating an effective content strategy is crucial for achieving your business and marketing goals. Here are some key pieces of advice to help someone get started with crafting a successful content strategy:
1- Define Your Goals and Objectives: Start by identifying clear, specific goals for your content strategy. What do you want to achieve? It could be brand awareness, lead generation, sales, customer retention, or thought leadership.
2- Understand Your Target Audience: Before creating any content, you must have a deep understanding of your target audience. Research their demographics, interests, pain points, and behaviors. This information will guide your content creation.
3- Conduct Competitor Research: Analyze your competitors' content strategies to identify gaps and opportunities. This can help you differentiate your content and stand out in your niche.
It can be overwhelming trying to figure out how and where to start. Stick to something simple at the beginning, explore every part of that, the spread your tentacles as far as you think you can manage. You're always learning on the job, and you should know that you can't do it all.
