There are many ways to use it, and it’s easy to get overwhelmed with all the possibilities. Keeping this in mind, what advice would you give to someone looking to get started with contextual marketing?

Start small by creating content that considers the buyer's journey and then later use heatmaps to contextualize even more.

Heatmaps could also be used by hotjar to analyze when user plans to click and which area of site best interests the visitor you can then place a pop up CTA over there with an offer that couldn't be resisted

YouTube is another site that allows marketers to put context marketing into action. Marketers can tailor their content based on what a viewer watches. they can use the viewer's history journey to determine the information that could be relevant for the user and improve the experience on a landing page.

Contextual Marekting is used to create personalized informaiton for the users. We can use the buyer´s journey to determine information that could be relevant for the user and improve the experience on a landing page. For example, we could add a download free e-book for first visitors, view a video , or book a demo, depending on the buyer´s journey of the user.

Contextual marketing is about creating content that is relevant to each user. An example of this is sending marketing emails to a customer that has shopping recommendations based on their previous purchases.

As they are beginning contextual marketing , i would suggest them to target their most profitable audience. Based on the data collected from the past sales or logins or any other performance indicators, they could cluster and filter out the group od audience that are regular, and offering a lot of revenue to the company. And personalizing the expericne for this set of audience would be even more beneficial and in case if there are any mistakes made in the strategy, considering the loyalty of these customers, we might not lose them. So target your most loyal customers first and based on that keep expanding ,is the advice I would give them.

Actually the way to concentrate your audiences to thei specific needs. Like your webiste is single niche like camera accessories or camera as people come to explore. But the way can be to hold their interest. First you can present some good images to them which can make them thinking that how did the take those photos. The they will go to search the way and after that they found the accessories or what device you used and how did you executated that. Then they may be interested to that item if their budget meets with that item. That can be the example of contextual marketing.

I guess the one that needed to be initiated for the contextual marketing is benchmarking into big impact websites and combining those information into what we are dealing with (our target audience), so that we can have options in tailoring the website into something much nicer and accurate.
