The SMART goal I am working towards is growing my Personal Brand on Tiktok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I want to build a community of 10k by the end of August and work along side brands.
My SMART goal is to establish a content creation framework and develope a content strategy for the next six months by the time I complete this Content Marketing Course. I am using Google Sheets to create a spreadsheet to increase trackability of content creation.
My SMART goal this year is to learn more about digital marketing and switch my career from operations into digital marketing and grow in my career through continuous learning and development. Also, work on growing my instagram page and youtube channel by making good content.

A SMART goal of mine is to revamp my brand to target a specific buyer's niche. As such, I'll need to audit the current resources at my disposal and consider my buyer personas.
Specific: I will increase my YouTube subscriber count from 83 to 1,500 by the end of 2024 and increase audience engagement with every video leaving at least 3 to 5 comments.
Measurable: I will keep track of audience engagement, views and subscribers by doing a weekly check in my YouTube Studio anaylitics. I will use a Google Sheet to keep track of my weekly posting schedule.
Achieveable: I will dedicate a minimum of 5 hours a week to planning, filming, editing and posting content on YouTube.
Revevant: It aligns with my goal of wanting to work in the social media industry and being a full time content creator.
Time-Bound: By Decemeber 31, 2024, is my deadline to have gained 1,500 subscribers and have expanded my community engagement with nearly every video I post having at least 3 to 5 comments.

My online boutique site is still a work in progress. I have been working on the content and mastering CMS while utilizing your free online courses I just recently stumbled across. I am trying to get my site almost fully funtional and designed, which I am very close to achieving, before launching the site live so I can utilize every marketing tool accessible. My SMART goal is after launching my site live, creating a Facebook store page, an ebay page, and another possible social media marketing avenue to better market my products, services, and promote my blog. The vision for my blog, which touches on the story of channeling my grief from losing my parents last year into something positive, is to generate a community group and forum for everyone to read and experience this journey with me, a place for the audience AND myself to learn, share, and reach the full heights of all of our potential.
