Specific: Learn Digital Marketing and 1 International Language.
Measurable: Learn soft skills for the digital marketing field.
Achievable: Finish at least 1 Professional Marketing Course.
Relevant: Secure at least a beginner-level job in the digital marketing field.
Time-bound: I wish I do it within 4-6 months.

- S:  getting 20 new members on my group

- M: 200members per week

- A: Using articles to share practical, quality knowledge with the community to attract new members can bring in 50-100 new members per article, this has been proven in practice.

- R: In fact, I got 100 more members from 1 article, and 200 members in 1 week is completely possible.

- Time: 1 week - 7 days

I think that a SMART goal I want to set for myself is:

S: getting 20 new followers on my social media.

M: I want to accomplish this in the next 2 weeks.

A: Tiktok is a platform that reaches a lot of people so I think that if I post consistently, this is a realistic goal.

R: This will help people get to know me and my voice, while not only doing covers but also sharing my own music.

T: 14 days.

Specific: completing business marketing cource I'm currently enroll in. Also, I'd like to graduate with a GPA of 4.0 or above.

Mesurable: I'll finish this course in March, 2025

Acheivable: I cullently have a GPA of 3.8 so there is a room for improvement. Since I've completed 2 months of this courses, maintaing motivations is essential to ensure my GPA doesn't decrese. 

Relevant: This goal is also for my career. This is my first time to learn business so when I finish this course, I will have more options than now.

Time Bound: 10 months

Specific: My goal is to reduce 15 kgs and achieve my ideal body weight

Mesurable: I plan to track my daily calorie intake and stay on a calorie deficit, do intense workout 3 times a week and walk 10,000 steps a day. 

Achieveable: I have already reduced 2 kgs and have been keeping my food habits in check, I need to make sure that I include more of protein rich foods in my diet by maintaining my current calorie deficit. I have also stopped consuming sugar and used alternatives whenever needed. 

Relevant: Reducing my bodyweight and maintaing good food habits will make me healthier in the long run, boost my immunity and helps me move around comfortably regardless of the age. 

Time Bound: I want to achieve this goal in 1 month.

What's a SMART goal you're working towards?

Specific : I want to further expand my knowledge in becoming a better Sales executive.
Measurable : I plan to take certificates and courses 3 times a week.
Achievable : With the amount of resources that are readily available on the internet to get certain and specific certifications and courses, it already has put me in the right direction, having already taking up this certification course, it wouldnt be a problem for me getting another one.
Relevant : very relevant for me since it will help me grow and be able to put the knowledge i gain into practice into the line of my work.
Time : I want to be able to finish my goal within the end of the month, by alloting 2-3 hours of my time in studying, i can see myself not only gaining one certificate but multiple if i put my 100% effort in to my study.

A SMART goal that I am working on is creating a valuable instagram for my company's business.

Specific: I want to upload new content to the instagram post three times a week including a carousel, a thread, and a reel. 

Measurable: I will plan out the week accordinly to achieve this goal. I will dedicate the weekend to planning out content, Monday and Tuesday to folming and editing the content, and the following three days to dedicate a post to each day. 

Achieveable: I have already been posting content, but it needs to be organized and posted to a more accordingly matter to ensure views and consistency with followers. 

Relevant: Creating a good instagram profile is crucial for my company's business. It helps ensure that my boss is providing value and can help the people that click on his profile.

Time-Bound: I want to achieve this goal by the end of this week and then ensuring consistency after while changing things if needed.

Specific: I want to reduce my daily screen time by 1 hour.

Measurable: I'll track my screen time using an app on my phone and aim to reduce it by 1 hour each day.

Achievable: I've already reduced my screen time by 30 minutes per day for the past week, so I'm confident I can increase that by another 1 hour.

Relevant: Reducing my screen time will help me prioritize my physical and mental well-being, and allow me to focus on other activities that bring me joy.

Time-bound: I want to achieve this goal by the end of the month, which is 30 days from now.
