My SMART goal for this year is to become a sharpshooter in content strategy. I aim to be one of the top strategists in the world, capable of achieving high levels of engagement and conversion.
A SMART goal I'm working on is to learn by May 5, 2023 how to use HubSpot to post to all of my organization's social media accounts at the same time, and to track and analyze those posts to determine how various platforms perform differently based on various parameters (ie, day, time of day, content of post, etc.).
My SMART Goal is to create a Marketing Strategy for a sustainable clothing brand and increase its sale.
Steps im taking:
- Research the existing marketing strategy of the sustainable clothing brand
- Determine the strategy marketing strategy of other sustainable clothing brand and analyse the marketing strategy they have used that has been successful.
My SMART goal is to create an effective content strategy for an e-learning platform with practical experimentation over the course of the next 3 months. The aim is to see changes in these three KPIs - traffic, subscribers, and brand awareness.
Steps I am taking to meet my SMART goal:
- Building a sustainable work routine - Consistency and accountability are my foundation
- Enhancing my skills - I'm dedicating 1 hour to learning about content strategies and processes that work for my industry
- Team implementation - I'm putting my learning into practice by introducing new content initiatives with my team
- Extensive research on content effectiveness - I'm preparing to track progress for the upcoming months. I am ensuring I use the right approach for analyzing content performance.
A smart goal I work on today is knowing what to want and what you will do to succeed.
you need to read books, you need to search for some new ideas through Internet, you need to sleep 7 to 8 hours, and lastly, you need to have a healthy lifestyle.
A SMART goal I'm working towards is to have posted one time on all my organization's content platforms by June 1st. I'm new to content creation, management and marketing so this is a relevant goal that is specific and measurable, that I feel confident is attainable and only a month in the future, so definitely timely.
Steps I'm making toward achieving this goal include taking HubSpot certifications and following the protocols included in them (like starting with my Buyer Persona, then my Buyer's Journey), completing their Content Marketing Handbook, and researching to find information to learn how to actually create content.
