Somthing struck me, When I was reading other comments. in my opinion SMART goals need more details. When we want to talk about SMART goals, It's important to pay attention to:
- Specefic
- Measurable
- Attainable
- Relevant
- Time- based
For instance, "Increasing income until the end of the year" is not a SMART goal definitely. It's better to determine more details. "Increasing income product X from 2000$ to 3000$ per month until the end of the year.
TIP: It's important to make sure, this goal is enough accessible and challenging.
My SMART goal that i'm working towards is learning the fundamentals of digital marketing and utilizing my skills and knowlege to efficiently grow a highly effective Digital Marketing Agency, with the goal of earning a net income of $100,000 monthly.
My smart goal is to build my personal brand as a digital marketer and help my audience grow their digital platform. I want to give out content which is simple, reliable and useful.
In February this year, my swim school generated a profit of 1 million naira ($2,300) in 28 days. this was a milestone for us because we are still a small company of about 12 employees, coping with the challenges and having to grow a business from scratch with limited resources.
My SMART goal is for us to make a profit of at least $3,000 monthly in the first quarter of 2023. (the challenge is to make a constant profit margin regardless of weather, human resource limitation, customer turnouts and pretty much life happening).
And the steps i am taking is to create more relatable content in video format. Contents that will be suited for different buyer personas at their different buyer's journies, and stratigically publish and start campaigns through the different social media platforms.
My Smart goal is to become a great content writter, build and optimize my Linked page with consitent engagements on posts and dropping my content thrice a week.
My SMART goal is to develop a 3-month content calendar that includes one new blog post per month. The first month will address Awareness, the second Consideration, and the third Decision. I will create one weekly social media post tied into the month's theme.
To be an employable content writer/ marketer by creating content consistently three times per week across multiple platforms using the content formats learned in the content marketing course. Within three months I would have created at least 36 different pieces of content.
My SMART goal is to build a new Facebook fanpage for my tea collections and attain 1000 orgainc followers who are also interested in healthy diet this December.
