One of our department's SMART goals is to grow our employee advocacy on social media by 50%. To achieve this, we have made giveaways internally to promote the idea of posting on social media with a campaign created hashtag to show off company merchandise, photos from events, and more.

My SMART goal will be to spread the traffic about Abortion on campus and get people more away from the topic. This is being done on Friday by our group posting flies out for people to read and see the effects that getting an abortion has on people.
A SMART goal I am working towards is - Increasing unique visitors on the website for the company I work with by 40% and turning the traffic into leads. I will do this by sharing blog posts, eBooks, podcasts and more that will interest the buyers (Awareness). The website will have many CTAs that will ask them to sign up for our monthly newsletters (Consideration). And I will further send them invitation to free webinars (Decision)
I am looking to standardize my content creation process. By the end of this weekend my goal is to have formulated a *realistic* content creation schedule that will allow me to make content consistently, instead of creating in bursts.

This quarter I am looking to get 100 new users to our mobile app. I first need to identify my audience's pain or problem by doing this. I can do a survey or simple Q&A on our social media platforms. Do a competitive analysis. I will read their blogs, what are their high-ranking keywords, how they engage with their audiences, etc. I will create content based on the information and data that I gathered.
