I am looking to standardize my content creation process. By the end of this weekend my goal is to have formulated a *realistic* content creation schedule that will allow me to make content consistently, instead of creating in bursts.
I will have a task lined up for each day, as well as a dedicated time to focus on my business.
This quarter I am looking to get 100 new users to our mobile app. I first need to identify my audience's pain or problem by doing this. I can do a survey or simple Q&A on our social media platforms. Do a competitive analysis. I will read their blogs, what are their high-ranking keywords, how they engage with their audiences, etc. I will create content based on the information and data that I gathered.
This quarter I will have a goal to gain a specific amount of clients for my dealership. I will make content and coordinate events based on the southern regions and what the buyers are interested in. Content such as how-tos via youtube and articles about motorcycle trends etc.I will have the long-term plan mapped out and the deadlines ready. They will be achievable.
There are great ideas. I am not sure what sort of dealership you are working with but don't forget TikTok. I know it's not on the HubSpot website but I know it works.
there's a monthly target we work on: gaining an 4.5% engagement rate on social media contents based on specific indexes. all indexes are clear and specific, targets change monthly and we assess them at the end of each month.
Getting HubSpot's certificates in content, social media, SEO, and digital marketing.
Publishing the first product of our clothing brand (currently in the planning process).
Competing in business case competitions, such as UFLL, Young Marketers, etc.
Measurable:
Spend the weekends working on the brand with my team.
Spend at least 30-60 minutes a day learning Hubspot.
Signing and preparing for competitions (depends on the competition's timeline).
Attainable:
Finish all of the goals by the end of September (about 6 months).
Main resources are through Hubspot, and my University.
I also read books to enhance my knowledge and mindset in Marketing.
Relevant
By learning Hubspot courses, about which knowledge I can apply in the planning process of my brand.
Hubspot's certificates and competitions can help me to build a strong CV, helping me to apply for an internship.
Time-Bound:
Everyday until I obtain my goals, about which I placed a deadline for 6 months. To do such, I have to eliminate my habits for social media interactions, games, etc.
My action-planned:
I make a to-do list for every single day, hence, finishing all of them in a day (this helps a lot).
Always evolving and adapting proper mindsets (personally, there are no right or wrong mindsets, only the mindsets that are slowing you down).
Always apply knowledge into practical situations, here for me, is my clothing brand (learning is not enough, you must take practises, therefore, gaining experiences).
