A SMART goal I am working towards is - Increasing unique visitors on the website for the company I work with by 40% and turning the traffic into leads. I will do this by sharing blog posts, eBooks, podcasts and more that will interest the buyers (Awareness). The website will have many CTAs that will ask them to sign up for our monthly newsletters (Consideration). And I will further send them invitation to free webinars (Decision)
I am looking to standardize my content creation process. By the end of this weekend my goal is to have formulated a *realistic* content creation schedule that will allow me to make content consistently, instead of creating in bursts.
I will have a task lined up for each day, as well as a dedicated time to focus on my business.
This quarter I am looking to get 100 new users to our mobile app. I first need to identify my audience's pain or problem by doing this. I can do a survey or simple Q&A on our social media platforms. Do a competitive analysis. I will read their blogs, what are their high-ranking keywords, how they engage with their audiences, etc. I will create content based on the information and data that I gathered.
This quarter I will have a goal to gain a specific amount of clients for my dealership. I will make content and coordinate events based on the southern regions and what the buyers are interested in. Content such as how-tos via youtube and articles about motorcycle trends etc.I will have the long-term plan mapped out and the deadlines ready. They will be achievable.
