My SMART goal is to create a YouTube channel with at least 5,000 subscribers by the end of 2026. To accomplish this, I am working to create more available time, recruiting people into my process, and marketing myself on social media or podcasts to increase exposure.

This year, my SMART goal is to increase my brand’s Instagram engagement by 20% by the end of the year. To achieve this, I am creating a content calendar with weekly posts, using analytics to track what content resonates most with my audience, and experimenting with interactive stories and reels to boost engagement.

My specific goal over the next year will be to get my online apparell store to bring in $5k+ per month. At an average of $32 in profit per item, that will we require 156 sales per month, or 5-6 per day. This is acheivable through ad placements and social media presence.
