My SMART goal is to create a YouTube channel with at least 5,000 subscribers by the end of 2026.
To accomplish this, I am working to create more available time, recruiting people into my process, and marketing myself on social media or podcasts to increase exposure.

This year, my SMART goal is to increase my brand’s Instagram engagement by 20% by the end of the year. To achieve this, I am creating a content calendar with weekly posts, using analytics to track what content resonates most with my audience, and experimenting with interactive stories and reels to boost engagement.

My SMART goal is that I want to create a YouTube channel and get 10K subscribers by the end of next year.
Currently i am working on the pre-processes of the YouTube Channel. Learning each tool and technique to attract audience and creat fruitful content.

I am starting my freelance activity on Malt, and I have set up a SMART goal, which is to "Secure 2 paid missions on Malt by December 31st by optimizing my profile to the top 10% of my category."

My specific goal over the next year will be to get my online apparell store to bring in $5k+ per month. At an average of $32 in profit per item, that will we require 156 sales per month, or 5-6 per day. This is acheivable through ad placements and social media presence. This is releveant to my personal goal to use this income to suppliment my job, allowing me to focus more on expansion of the company. Goal is to achieve this benchmark by month 12.

The SMART goal I'm working on is as follows: 

Specific: I would like to earn a certification in a marketing-related skillset 
Measurable: I will work toward this goal by doing a module in my selected training program either every day or every week
Attainable: I have access to some free training resources online, and I'm already actively working my way through training modules

Relevant: I am a content professional, primarily versed in editing and writing and I'm looking to concretely expand my skillset and knowledge to become more marketable as a valuable, hireable person
Timely: I intend to complete the certification course before the end of 2025.

I've established a dropshipping business online and I plan to sustain it beyond it just being a side-hustle into a long term well flourished reliable business in the next 12 months. To do this my, Specific Goal is to broaden my product acquisition and/or sourcing from different suppliers. This will help improve my store reliability and availability of a variety of in-demand items.

Measurable goal:  Direct traffic to my store and increase customer repeat rate by a considerable percentage. This will help measure and track how loyal my customers are and how effective are my store and my marketing in customer retention.

Attainable goal: To increase my average order value, I plan to use apps like  Frequently Bought Together found under platforms like shopify.

Relevant goal: Diversification of suppliers means that in cases where my supplier goes out business, increases prices or has a shipping problem, there are other suppliers I work with who can help.

Timely goal: For my dropshipping business to make money within a specific period I put, I should set a timeline when I'd have installed and configured an upselling app, perhaps say within 5 days.
