My SMART goal for this year is to grow my LinkedIn followers from 500 to 2,000 by December 2025 by posting two original pieces of valuable content weekly and engaging with at least 5 industry-related posts per day.
By the end of 12 months, increase followers on the company’s official social media account by 25%, maintain a consistent posting schedule of two posts per week highlighting workshops and events, and execute one collaboration with a business partner or key opinion leader every two months.
