A smart goal i am working towards this year is to get clear on a business idea.
In order to do this, I do different courses to learn more about different aspects of business, join networking events to meet like- minded people and gain inspiration and observe any gaps i find in my surroundings and society, note down any ideas that come to mind and follow up with research on solutions that have already been created.
I am working on pursuing my career on SEO and Content marketing rather than to limit myself to only as a SEO writer. Have a strong inentions to move to Dubai and then after a while, settle in USA forever as an entrpreneur (or maybe as an employee).
I working towards establishing my own self in the industry, create a personal identity and space for my self and get recognized for the work i do, in my industry. I am actively establishing my presence in the industry, creating a strong personal identity, and carving out my own space. I am committed to earning recognition for the impactful work I do in my field.
This year, I aim to gradually improve my content creation process by applying what I learn from each lesson in the HubSpot course. For example, I’ve started exploring tools like Trello and Google Docs to organize ideas, track edits, and plan timelines more efficiently. My goal is to experiment with different content strategies and frameworks and slowly build confidence in creating structured, audience-focused content. I plan to review my progress every month and make small, practical improvements along the way.
A smart goal I am working towards this year is exploring more niches in the field of marketing in order to find what I enjoy most and am best at. I will measure this by keeping an Excel document with how I feel about each unique experience, whether it be taking new classes/courses, or starting temporary positions/volunteering/shadowing.
A SMART goal I am working towards this year is learning more about content writing and content marketing so understand where in the industry I really want to place myself. I can achieve this by being consistent in learning more through this course and more.
My SMART goal is to research and connect with other people in the business field who know more, to create rough drafts for my work, and to find the time it will take to complete each activity to expedite it.
A SMART goal I am working toward is to hone in on my scheduling skills and analytics for accounts I am working on. This will help me understand how to engage my followers and non-followers on accounts specific to their consumer persona.
My SMART goal this year is to gain hands-on experience in content creation by practicing weekly. Specifically, I want to create and post at least 2 high-quality reels per week on my mom’s food Instagram account for the next 3 months. The goal is to grow her account by at least 500 followers by the end of that period while improving my skills in video editing, captions, and audience engagement.
Goal: To create identify and create buyer's personas for a national network I'm supporting within a week.
Why: To better understand our consumers/network which will inform our content strategy so we can cater it to and address their interests, needs, goals, and challenges.
My SMART goal for helping Harvest is to increase community engagement and donations by at least 20% by the end of the year. This is a non-profit organization that needs marketing in order to reach the right audience.
Specific: I will focus in growing the engagement and donation efforts
Measurable: Tracking engagement growth using social media.
Achievable: Implementing content that includes success stories, volunteer spotlights and families helped.
Relevant: Streghtning Halping HArvest mission to fight hunger and have the ability to expand the distribution efforts.
My company makes class frame for videos framing in the house, the demographic we are targeting is new mothers/pregenant women to have a video if their child's ultra sound in a frame and have in either living room/office or where-ever. so my gaol is to put out content educating our potential clients on how the product works.
SMART Goal: Grow Xeo Xo’s Instagram engagement rate by 25% by December 2025. Steps I’m taking to achieve this goal: Developing a content series: I’m launching a biweekly “Behind the Seams” series highlighting the design process, cultural stories behind each Áo dài, and customer spotlights. Tracking progress regularly: I use Instagram Insights to measure engagement metrics like likes, comments, shares, and saves every week. Collaborating with influencers: Each quarter, I partner with 3 fashion influencers who align with our brand values to expand reach and connect with new audiences. Creating relevant content: I focus on Reels and interactive Stories like polls and Q&As to keep our 20–40 years old audience engaged and invested. Setting a timeline: This plan will be implemented in July 2025, with monthly reviews to track progress and fine-tune our approach.
The specific goal is to publish 15 blog posts within the next month. Progress will be Measurable by tracking published posts using a content calendar for scheduling and monitoring. The objective is Achievable by aiming for 3-4 posts per week, a realistic pace given the timeframe. It is Relevant as it supports my growth as a successful content marketer, boosting my online presence to attract hiring managers and enhance professional credibility. Lastly, the one-month deadline keeps the goal Time-Bound.
A SMART goal I’m currently working on is helping my company improve our lead generation and set more meetings. We recently let go of our sales management company because they weren’t delivering results no meetings, no leads so now we’re looking for a new partner. In the meantime, we’re also working on better strategies to attract potential clients, like bringing in a marketing team to handle social media content and outreach.
Here’s the SMART goal:
Specific: Find a reliable sales management company and/or build a strong marketing team to increase qualified leads and meetings.
Measurable: We want to get at least 10 qualified sales meetings per month.
Achievable: With a focused marketing strategy and better sales support, this is realistic based on our past numbers.
Relevant: More meetings mean more chances to close deals, which directly supports our sales goals.
Time-bound: We aim to have a new sales management partner or marketing team in place and active with in two months max.
