Steps I’m taking to achieve this goal: Developing a content series: I’m launching a biweekly “Behind the Seams” series highlighting the design process, cultural stories behind each Áo dài, and customer spotlights. Tracking progress regularly: I use Instagram Insights to measure engagement metrics like likes, comments, shares, and saves every week. Collaborating with influencers: Each quarter, I partner with 3 fashion influencers who align with our brand values to expand reach and connect with new audiences. Creating relevant content: I focus on Reels and interactive Stories like polls and Q&As to keep our 20–40 years old audience engaged and invested. Setting a timeline: This plan will be implemented in July 2025, with monthly reviews to track progress and fine-tune our approach.

We recently let go of our sales management company because they weren’t delivering results no meetings, no leads so now we’re looking for a new partner. Secure a new full-time position in marketing by November 1, 2025, by applying to at least 5 roles per week, improving my portfolio with two new case studies, and networking through LinkedIn and industry events at least twice a month.
Specific: Focused on getting a marketing position.
A smart goal for this year is the creation of at least two pieces of content (of different types) and targeted at different parts of the funnel each month. This will allow us to have a consistent cadence of new information and new content to offer visitors to our site. By varying the type of content and the material it covers, we can target each stage of the attract, engage, delight strategy and move vistors along the buyers journey.
My goal is to save up for a camera to record my content, get my book edited and published, and write out content video outlines so that when it is time to record, I already have the themes for the videos ready. This will most likely take 6 months to 1 year. However, that is subject to change because of how God works.
