My goal is to create a community online for content centered around creative decisions in marketing, to achieve this I'll first need to get a 1000 subs on my youtube page, hoping to reach that amount before the end of 2024, from where I'll built the rapport to sell marketing solutions.
This year, I’m focused on completing my studies in content marketing and social media marketing so that I can start and scale an Instagram page. My plan is to finish the HubSpot Content Marketing and Social Media Marketing courses. While learning, I’ll apply the techniques I pick up within the small communities I’m part of. After completing my self-training and the courses, I’ll start working on the Instagram page I want to build.
Previously, I had been doing my job as a research assistant for a content strategist in a niche area. The SMART goals were things that I had conisdered but retrospectively, goals I wasn't very organized about. My next goal is to be very intentional about the SMART goals and probing organizational skills that would help.

My Smart goals are to learn to create effective content to attract potential customers and motivate current customers. I also want to connect with a social influencer to increase my brand awareness.
A SMART goal that I'm working towards this year is increasing the average monthly volume of LinkedIn posts from 1 to 5 by the end of the year. To achieve this goal, I am creating more pieces of content and searching for interesting pieces of content that my network of connections will find valuable. This will ensure that I have more material to post that is relevant, rather than simply posting more on LinkedIn solely for the sake of increasing the average amount of monthly posts.
What's smart goal for me now is Start defining goals and themes to increase engagement and ensure sustainability in long-term content creation. Begin evaluating and tracking the growth of social media reach. Start recruiting Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to help develop content.
Completing this course and also upskilling myself so that by the end of 2024 i can earn money through whatever i learnt build by cv and apply for internship and land one.
Although taking a course on content creation strategy was never part of my goal as I didn't think I needed it in my line of career, but I'm glad I took this opportunity to take the course, and also to take the SEO course, to align with my companies niche and to align with my own niche as well. Learning never gets old
One SMART goal I’m working towards this year is increasing my website’s monthly traffic by 25% within the next six months. To achieve this, I’m focusing on creating high-quality, SEO-optimized content, posting regularly, and promoting it through social media and email campaigns. I’m also tracking the performance of each piece of content using analytics to see what works best and adjusting my strategy accordingly. By staying consistent and monitoring progress, I’m confident I can reach this goal.
My smart goal is to do well in my marketing internship for this year to better hone my skills for any potential customers.

Hi everyone! I am launching my own business services company this month after 7 years of working as a business advisor in a Financial Institution.
One of my SMART goals is to add 50 new connections on LinkedIn by mid-October and share 2 articles/links per week, beginning Sept. 16.
