Set Your Goals Figure out what you want this content to do—whether it's boosting engagement, helping with recruiting, or clarifying policies.
Plan Your Topics Pick topics that matter to your audience, like career growth tips, company culture stories, or team highlights. Make it relatable!
Organize a Calendar Schedule content around key dates or events (e.g., team events, holidays, or open roles). Mix it up with updates, employee stories, and fun posts.
Create the Content Work with other teams for fresh ideas and keep the tone genuine—make it feel like it’s coming from a friend, not just HR. Add visuals or interactive stuff (like polls) to keep things lively.
Pick Your Channels Share on internal platforms for employees (intranet, email) and social media for a wider audience. Use the best platform for each message.
Get People Involved Encourage employees to comment, share, and react. Maybe even run some polls to get feedback on what they want to see more of!
Check the Results and Tweak Track which posts get the most love, and keep adjusting. Always keep the best-performing ideas in the mix.

Sometimes we are so wrapped up in our mind that we dont allow ourselves to experience emotions or let our mind flow to new ideas. And because you never know where those ideas will come from, I like to talk to people, do new things (learn new things)...anything that leaves my mind in blank or keeps me present or curious. That have always worked to me to come up with new ideas.
