Understanding the content creation framework

I just read about the content and event-based audit.

Just curious.

Content and event-based audit is done first and then The content creation framework is done right?

Also how about adding the "lifecycle stage" to the content creation framework just after the "status" column and also "content format" to the content creation framework after the "description column"

I just thought it I am not sure if my thinking is correct.
