Embedded Tutoring Program for community college

Who is their audience:

Students who have issues with hard passing classes. Faculty who want to help their students to improve their results.

What challenges are they helping their audience to overcome? How are they doing it?

The main challenge is the need for accessible tutoring support for the courses. Building cooperative relationships between the faculty, tutor, and embedded tutor support specialist (tutor or academic coach) is extremely important. The possibility of offering inbuilt student support for the hard-passing course is the goal of the program.

Who is their audience?

      Audience: Millennials and Gen Z women across ages 

What challenge are they helping their audience to overcome?

      Challenge: Changing the perception of ethnic wear in formal environment. there is a need to debunk the myth that formal means suits and skirts for women in a workplace. You need to dress like that to be taken seriously by others.

 

How are they doing it?

      Resolution:  They are leading by example. One of their recent ad campaign showcased a CEO interviewing a prospective candidate , also a woman, who fails to realise the inteviewer's designation because of how comfortably she was dressed. Normally we picture a CEO or founder at workplace in power suits or formal attire. This ad was an attempt to normalise ethnic in workplaces. You can be your best and inspire others and you do not need to confer to societal norms to do so.

What challenge are they helpping their audience to overcome? How are they doing it?

ON THAT **bleep** seen that they was a need for boxers that fit perfectly in all areas and remained comfortable all day with out loosing their neat fit, while aslo looking stylish.

challenge: Make hoodies at affordable prices in 21 days.

It all started when an influencer called Ouda started a series of videos on TikTok interviewing local brand owners. Ouda started asking questions like are local brands expensive? are we overreacting? then came a comment that started it all, to do his own brand of hoodies. Ouda took the challenge and decided to do his own brand of hoodies "Oudies"  in 21 days at affordable prices for all ages and genders. Ouda helped create the designs and got people to invest in his own brand.  Ouda not only created his own brand in 21 days, but he also became an inspiration to his own peers. Ouda proved that if you put your mind to something and worked hard for it, it will eventually work out for you.
