The products are too one-dimensional in terms of design. There is too much focus on black and white prints, with a lot of overlapping images and phrases used multiple times on multiple products which get repetitive. Because of this, and a large number of products available, this discourages people from exploring the full product range.
Solution: New products launched more often in smaller batches. Have unique online exclusives to promote more traffic to the site. Redesign older items or remove them completely, especially the ones that have been there since the beginning, despite them being “classics”. A condensed website with items grouped together as opposed to one large section with multiple pages to click through will make the site easier to navigate. Dropping prices on older items in order to move old stock faster.
