How are they doing it? - They are doing this through podcasting by interviewing millennial women who have been working in these diverse industries and how they were able to overcome mental struggles to get where they are now and also gives advice to their audience on how they can continue to grow and evolve.
Brand - (Always) - Always is an American brand of sanitary pad of different sizes made for different purposes. Audience - The audience is every female of reproductive age from adolescents' ( menarche) through menopause age. Resolution - Always has helped to ensure and maintain the menstrual hygiene of every female throughout their reproductive years.
New Balance - a company that produces shoes and active apparel.
Audience: Individuals who are physically active and in need of athletic attire to sustain the active lifestyle
Challenge: They are helping individuals to be clothed in attire that will help them to pursue their athletic goals. They are also promoting a healthy lifestyle, while combatting obesity.

While the brand I am choosing isn't an actual product, I believe the Olympics still acts as a brand, especially when it comes to storytelling. The Olympics goes beyond the athlete and promotes the spirit and unity behind the sport.
Who is their audience?
The audience is just about every sports fan in the world.
What challenge are they helping their audience to overcome? How are they doing it?
The challenge they are helping their audience to overcome is the fear of failing. They do this by utilizing extremely emotional content. The Olympics tell some fictional and some non-fictional stories of athletes who have experienced failure or adversity over and over again, but what they do really well is honing in on the message. They show that the athlete never gives up and that they persevere through all obstacles to become an Olympic athlete. Through their content marketing, they are showing the audience that despite adversity, failure, and being told no over and over again, there's always a way to succeed and the answer is never to give up. Crossfitters, active people, upper middle class demographic with a higher household income
The challenge of finding good, high-quality training shoes that work across multiple fitness modalities and look good but hold meaning and show who you are/what you do - show off that you are a crossfitter

Audience - Couples and single people who are sexually active.
Challenges they help over come - helping couples "spice things up", helping everyone (men and women) feel sexy and exotic, explore sexual fantasies. Also help them feel comfortable with discrete shipping of adult products.
My favorite brand is Pepsi. Their aurdience is people of all ages. Other brands are competing pepsi in market. Pepsi is facing challenges like maintaining quality and keeping prices lower so that everyone can buy. It has recently introduced its new flavor and has also modified tag line to attract customers.
AllPlants is a vegetarian meal provider, all meals are frozen and delivered depending on your choices. Their audience is people wanting to eat better but who struggle for either time or inspiration or both! They provide healthy, nutritious meals to people who want to eat better meals and have a positive impact on the planet but potentially lack a bit of culinary skills or knowledge
The brand- Olen Botanical The audience - Middle class individuals who are trying to keep up their career as well as look good while at it. How are they doing it?- They try not connect with audience via personal messanger app like Whatsapp, creating a meaningful connection with the prospective buyer and also through the other platforms like Instagram showcasing the benefit of their products.
The problem they are trying to solve -They aim to provide natural products to customers who likes to keep a nutural haircare and skincare routine but finds it difficult to get 100% naturally formulated products to maintain their beauty without the fear of damaging and relied mostly on DIY.
One of my favourite brands is Lush. They have a widespread audience, but it's predominantly ethically aware consumers. They're helping those consumers to make positive choices with their cosmetics, offering items that are not tested on animals, with a low carbon footprint.
One of my favorite brands is Ikea. Their audiencie are families and people that want decorate their homes. The challenge that they want to overcome is to give people cheap furniture with a good design.

Mostly small business owners who want to build a website for their business themselves using WordPress cms.

The challenge audiences face is they do not have any coding experience to build a website or do not have the budget to hire an expert software engineer.
The company is helping the owners by providing easy-to-use WordPress plugins with built-in pages, widgets,s and add ons so they make beautiful, responsive websites without any knowledge of coding that too on a budget.
Brand: Dabur India Ltd Audience: public Dabur India Ltd is not just a pharmaceutical company but also a healthcare giant which strongly believes traditional Indian medicine: ayurveda. The majority of its products are ayurvedic based ranging from toothpaste, creams, lotions to health care drug's for all age groups ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. Lesser side effects, healthy living, essence of ayurveda has added more value to its products and has attracted large volume of audience for it. Besides huge competitors in the market they were able to achieve it because of their product price, quality, traditional care with no doubt has sweeped millions of people especially who strongly believe in their ancient medicinal practice.

Challenges : Price and convenience.

Brand name- Ahrefs Audience- Businesses and individuals who want to get more organic traffic to their websites through SEO. Ahrefs assists their audience who face difficulties in getting traffic to their websites by providing SEO education and tactics to help them get more traffic to their sites. They have informative blog posts, YouTube videos and Tools which help them achieve their goal
