Got my 3rd Certificate here at Hubspot. My first cert was at Digital Marketing Institute and then I followed it up with 3 more with you guys. I plan on learning SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads and how to write. I will probably try and get certified on Google and FB platform as well in their courses.
But my future goal is to get a job in Digital Marketing and use this knowledge to build my business brand. Right now I will have to admit, I am not confident in my skills as a marketer yet sso there is a ton of room to improve and get some confidence. I will be filling out the worksheet and try to put a lot of the stuff I learned to practice.
Question:
I see a lot of jobs asking for a 4 year college degree in Marketing, but how hard is it to get a job in marketing without a degree in that area? I have a BFA and MFA in Visual Effects and Animation, so I didn't want to be going back to college and accumulating more loans. Hopefully a certificate at Digital Marketing Institute and Hubspot is enough to eventually land me a job. I'm mainly looking for an internship job, but at age 39, I think it might be out of my realm right? It seems to be mostly for college students.
Any tips on getting a job with very little experience in this field? Thank you!

Congrats @AndyHTu. To answer your question on whether or not you need a marketing degree to get a marketing job—definitely not. Getting certifications that support the knowledge you've acquired and building a portfolio is what you really need. The portfolio piece is important. Jobs care about your experience—a portfolio proves your value and experience.
Something to note—it may take time to find a job in digital marketing. Consider each application and interview as practice. The more you do it the better you'll get and eventually, you'll land a position. Keep up the good work. We believe in you!

Hola @MRamírez, el examen está disponible al final del curso. Una vez que obtenga su certificación, puede verla yendo a su perfil y haciendo clic en "mi aprendizaje" > "completado" > "Ver certificación". ¡Gracias!
