I have a background in architecture/construction/homebuilding and have helped many real estate professionals (residential, commercial, property mgmt) and mortgage companies leverage HubSpot - all this to say, there is a really big demand for real estate experts who are good at HubSpot. 

So while the marketing field is shifting tremendously as a result of new AI tools, there is a huge demand for experts who understand real estate, marketing (including AI), and have technical knowledge within HubSpot.
