Hi, I'm Gavin. Right now I work in online marketing but in a role I very much fell into. My background is in photography but was offered my current role 2.5 years ago. I have no prior experience or qualifications in any sort of marketing, in fact I'm confident I was offered my role because I was the only person my boss could think of who owned a camera and had half a clue what to do with it!

In my role so far I have undoubtedly learned a lot and have worked on podcasts, videos, graphic design, web design and other forms of content creation and have found a real interest and satisfaction in doing so.

I'm here to learn how to put these practial, vocational media skills to use by learning how to plan, create and deploy a successful content marketing strategy.

My name is Nguyen Yen, I'm 19 years old.

My major is Japanese language.But I got interested in content marketing a long time ago.I am very happy to know this website on social networks. Really useful, I opened my eyes and met many good friends.

Because I'm new to writing marketing, my sentences are still not smooth and good. But I believe I will get better in the future.

1. Actually, I'm a second year student at a university in Vietnam, so my role is that of a student

My name is Mai Huong. I am a junior at the Faculty of tourism at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Viet Nam. 

Currently, I am working part-time for a technology company that produces an application that helps people find shopping points, job application points, meeting points near the area where you are living.

Initially, I was just a data entry clerk. After 1 year of working, I was transferred to the marketing department and I worked in the content field. I find this content marketing very interesting because it helps businesses reach users more easily, increases the closeness between businesses and users, besides shows the identity of the brand. I am currently in charge of social channels, sometimes I don’t have new ideas for my content, my sentences are not attractive and I can’t have a good introduction to my content.

My name is YL. I've been a freelance writer for just over a year now. I started out as a generalist writing on anything and everything from healthy food products to solar panels, but have recently narrowed down on my niche in the health and wellness industry: CBD, MMJ, and alternative health products and services.

I am passionate about creating content that really resonates with people and helps them to become their most empowered selves. To me, there's nothing more inspiring than that--seeing people transform themselves and their lives--because people truly deserve to live well and have fun! 

As for my favorite content, they're not necessarily on content marketing, but more on self-help and productivity as those are topics I'm interested in. I like to consume content that:

1. makes me think differently (gives me those AHA moments)
2. teaches me more about human psychology and behaviors
3. helps me improve as a person

For example, I really enjoy Lewis Howe's interviews on his YouTube channel. I like how he interviews and interacts with the experts he invites onto his channel. Howes touches on topics ranging from health, productivity, and beyond. 

I am more of a reader though, so for anyone interested in similar topics (self-help, productivity, networking/relationship building), feel free to reach out to me for book recommendations. 🙂

Because of the rules and regulations regarding CBD products, many avenues of paid advertising are a no-go for us. Instead, we've got to pour all of our effort into quality content that will drive organic search. Hi, I hope everyone is having a good day. My name is Kerem, I am currently a student in Turkey at The University of Bilkent. This year, I decided to make, possibly, the biggest desicion of my life. By the end of this summer, I plan to attend George Brown College in Toronto. Of course, seeing as I am here, I will be taking the Digital Marketing program.

There were many other programs that I could have consiedered however, I have been creating content on YouTube for the past 10 years and though I always did it as a hobby; I decided to get more serious and actually find more success with my YouTube channel in terms of views and subscribers. As a consequence I started researching how I could do that and found myself watching hours upon hours of marketing videos. There is so much to learn in this domain, many challenges and all of them really excite me. Personally, I believe that marketing, and especially, digital marketing is the job of the future.
