Hey everyone! I’m Huria — a nutrition and diet student from Pakistan, just stepping into the world of content and wellness coaching. I’ve recently started a small Instagram page called Smart Nutrition Rx, where I share ideas and try to make nutrition feel approachable for real people.

Since I’m still learning how to create strong content, build a brand, and grow an audience, I joined this community to explore how others do it — how they think, what tools they use, how they plan content, and what really connects with people.

Even just reading through a few threads, I can already feel this is a space full of insight, encouragement,  which is rare and really refreshing.
