After 10 years of taking care of my mother who recenlty passed from dementia, and while currently taking care of myself post complex shoulder surgery, needless to say my skills are rusty. I am a former PR person from Washington, D.C.  I now live back in Pittsburgh, where I took care of Mom.  I am also a singer, a political animal, and a bunch of other stuff.  

I am using this community to help me start over/catch up with skills as soon as my shoulder has almost completely healed.....months to go.

What excites me most about content marketing is its ability to attract and engage potential buyers before they even reach out. I see how top brokers and agencies leverage content to build trust, generate leads, and establish authority. I want to use content to educate my audience, showcase the best properties, and position myself as a go-to expert in Dubai real estate.

I often check blogs and social media content from leading real estate brokers and agencies that have been in the market for a long time. Their strategies for branding, storytelling, and market updates are valuable. I also follow real estate YouTubers and LinkedIn influencers who share market insights and property tours effectively.

Right now, I am focused on creating engaging property tour videos, market update posts, and educational content about real estate investment in Dubai. My goal is to make my content more informative and visually appealing to attract serious buyers and investors.
