Hello, my name is Mary and we have an online business where we help people get state licenses to use cannabis as medicine.  This has been our primary business for the past few years, but we are looking to expand into other natural lines of medicine that patients are interested in.  We have been using Hubspot to track leads and market to patients and are currently working with Hubspot to host and update our website.  We are looking forward to using all of Hubspot features to make us better marketers and meeting our patients needs, in particular the enhanced AI feature.  Happy to be part of this community.

I get the idea of creating a framework, but I think the whole process is too time consuming, and cumbersome to be efficient. Too many meetings, and or zoom calls are overkill, using shared folders for content, an editor can review weekly without bogging down the outcome. Collab in the begining for ideas, assign them, and get back once a week with progress. If creators need help, the team can check each other for improvements before deadline. But the idea of twelve people needing to proof each other daily is too time consuming. Streamlining the creation process should be easy especially with new AI tools doing  a lot of the heavy lifting.

@grimages1 absolutely agree that the process should be streamlined, and that a team of 12 would operate differently than a team of 2-3. Leveraging AI is also a great way to enhance the content creation process. How do you have your team structured?
