More in depth explanation regarding the stages of the buyers journey
At this point in time , I just started the Content Marketing Course and I am enjoying it so much thus far. I just arrived on the buyers journey stages and I am struggling to understand the 'consideraion stage' and basically all the other stages of the buyers journey and I don't understand it really well in terms of how things were explained. Is there anyone here that can explain all 3 stages in a much more simple way ? While you at it , if you have other resources like specific youtube videos to watch that can help me with this please send through as well it would really mean a lot. Thank you in advance !
Awareness: prospects discover a problem and are looking for explanations. A real treasure hunt to answer a challenge or need. In this situation we all have an immediate reflex: type our questions on Google! This is a truth that applies to the majority of buyers. They look for educational content to understand the problem they are facing.
Consideration: prospects have now understood the challenge and continue to move forward in their journey. They want to find solutions to their problem. Search engines and social networks will remain their allies during this stage. They are looking for experts who will be able to help them make the best decision, they study all possible solutions.
Decision: the last step of the buying journey and not the least! Prospects are now ready to become buyers, yours if your content and actions are relevant. During this last phase, your company is compared to your competitors. The advantages and disadvantages of each solution are studied in detail in order to choose the best solution.
