Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.
In my company, there are several marketing issues to improve the content creation process. However, I think one thing I will work on first will be in terms of conceptualizing content. I would say we do not have appropriate ideas for content offers. This is because we do not actively seek personal information of people or do much online research my team is completely not aware of the entire buyer's journey. Thus I will make sure that every time someone enquires, we take down their information, or if they book a stay at our lodge, we will send out a survey and take in their feedback, write it down, and implement it.
Improving our content creation process is crucial for maintaining efficiency and quality. To enhance our workflow, I propose integrating a clear checklist for content briefs and feedback loops with collaborators. This structured approach ensures alignment and fosters better collaboration, ultimately enhancing our content's impact and effectiveness.
For me, I think the first step is to do a better job at organizing a calendar with tasks to do and who does them. I think I need to get better at really breaking things down and being specific with my organizaiton so it is clear what needs to be done and who needs to do it.

At my previous company, our content creation Excel sheet included a dedicated sheet for marking annual international holidays such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Thanksgiving, among others. When a special holiday was approaching, we would design holiday e-cards in advance and create a dedicated newsletter or blog post about the holiday. These posts typically included a promotion of our products. This approach helped to humanize our company and foster a closer connection with our customers
