Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.

For me i'm looking forward to getting organized in my content creation and preparation process.This is because i find/catch myself jumping from one thing to another and not achieving anything.The way i'm lookinf to resolve this is by creating a good content creation framework and workflow that incorporates keepicng tracks of ideas and components to add into the piece of content i'll be ding at the time
I have so many moving parts that just keeping up a tracker is difficult, but I know it's so important to get tabs on what stage the content is in. I am going to work on finding a solution that works for me long term.
To best improve my current process I would research the customer's questions and expectations by researching what surveys or sources related to what the customers want to know. This would help me to know exactly how to market my content and to alter my framework for the best efficiency.

Improving your content creation process
Firstly, I would consider consumer demands and plan what content topics to create. Next, I would hire editors and writers and assign tasks to them using the Content Calendar. This would probably make our work more organized and lead to productivity.
First, I would plan my content ahead of time on a content calender, along with researching and creating my buyer persona to base my content off of. Then, I'd list how each piece of content relates back to the persona and the "why."
First, I would conduct consumer wants & needs research to figure out what kind of conduct they expect. Second, I would personally prepare the content topics that need to be created, then I would find editors/freelancers to assign each their role and create a workflow between all of them. This would include creating a content creation calendar shared between us all to create, update, follow, track deadlines, review content, and eventually review the content before using.
I like the idea of being prepared a month in advance so I will for sure utilize that strategy for my businesses.
The next thing I am going to do to improve my content creation process is to create a documented framework for my buyer personas. I have been using the awareness/consideration/decision framework to come up with new content ideas, but I haven't formalized that into a framework. Great concept!
I think it really is helpful to have a document that everyone has access to where the information is displayed an then it is important to schedule a meeting to make sure everyone understands and is aware of how the process will work.
Creating a poll or survey for each individual team member to determine their strengths will significantly reduce errors and miscommunications. This approach will enhance the team's workflow and make it easier for others to work with me.
I could improve by creating schedules simple tasks as well as large tasks, defining a deadline for each step to stay on track of my work. I will begin my better outlining the sub sections so that task are less ambiguous.
To improve my content flamework, I beleive shraring information is most improtant thing. I'd like to use Google spreadsheet to share my situation, deadline and what I'm working on now. In the same way, it'll easier to know my team member's situation.
A content creation framework needs to be dependable. This, a calendar schedule tops it for me. This schedule breaks down and includes everything. The more simplified, the better. From content ideas, topics, outlines, deadlines, person handling the content,editor, publishing window etc; they all need to be captured in the schedule.
