Improving your content creation process

Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).

Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.

To improve my current content creation process, I can research more information regarding my buyer personas. This will allow me to create more relatable content and build trust within my customers.

To improve my content creation process, I'll ensure to make it relatable, genuine and authentic.

That way, I get to relate with my audience on a deeper level because it speaks to them.

To improve my content creation, I'll do more research on the topic and use my buyer persona to better understand the customer's needs. I will keep a check on the ongoing trends and take feedback from my customers to improve my services.

One thing I could do to improve my current content creation process is to conduct more thorough research on trending topics and emerging discussions in various domains. This would help ensure that my content remains relevant, timely, and resonates with a wider audience. Additionally, actively seeking feedback from users on the quality and effectiveness of my content would provide valuable insights for refinement and enhancement.

For me I need to set deadlines, Im a one man band I create edit and publish all my content myself and I think without a deadline Ill put it off for days before I finish it. That being said Im good at Self discipline if I have a deadline that I set for myself I'll always meet that deadline or if I have a goal that I want to meet in order to get a certain result I'll always do those goals to get the results that I want like for instance when I'm cleaning my house I tell myself if I get the bathroom in the kitchen done then I can relax for 10 minutes Or if I tell myself I'll do my workout for five days this week and give myself an extra cheat day next week if I complete all 5 days and I will do that even though there's nobody supervising me or stopping me from not completing the task to get the reward i'm pretty good at disciplining myself and making sure that I do those tasks so for me I should set more deadlines in order to get my content edited published and out there a lot faster and more consistent

What is my target persona's deepest need or desire. If it's Mercedes its one thing if it's Subaru it's another. I research what type of customer trust the brand.  Who buys a Subaru age, income level,  family size and other more nuanced questions.  Now, after my research I figure out  females between the ages of 34-41 like to buy Subaru more than any other demographic they have an income of $50,000 to $70,000 and are more likely to be engaged or newly married, they also tend to be more of the free thinking type because I see they are popular in artsy communities like Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles. So what does a newly married, 34 year old, free spirit what more than anything else? What does she what to be seen as? Her car will not doubt help her define herself. So how do I make her want to join the club of other Subaru owners?

I conduct both primary and secondary research to understand the user persona, and then conduct surveys to understand their need

I start researching what is important to my persona then understand their problems and solutions my company has then focus my content on this... but sometimes you need to think more outside the box to generate the best ideas.

I like the idea of using the Google Form to send out to the team for ideas and feedback. Topics are lost in the email and hard to keep track of and this way it is easy to access.

To improve my content creation process, I'll start by analyzing my goals and understanding my target audience persona. I'll focus on what will catch their attention and what they would specifically be interested in. This ensures the content is beneficial and engaging for them. Additionally, I'll aim to keep the content simple and easy to understand

I've already set a checklist for each piece of content, but I'd like to also implement sub-deadlines so we can identify roadblocks in the content creation process and who's responsible for the bottleneck.

Create a customer persona, understand their needs wants and desires, and what gets their attention to use to help generate ideas for content that would best serve them.
