Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.
There are many steps I follow to improve my content creation process which is: Who is the audience for this content? Where this content will be posted? (e.g. webpage, SMS message, social media, etc...)and which style of writing I will be using while creating the content. Also, I keep in mind that I have to make sure that the content matches the company's brand.
To improve your content creation, you have to consider the audience; are they going to like it or not, then know the goal of your content and deliver on it.
Very True. But u should also surely consider your competitors. A survey sample size are generally smaller which sometimes cannot give you the right picture.
To start to creat a great content,it will come up with ideas on how the audience react. If the audience find it interesting and helpful to the needs of the audience. This may help to build a fundamental content in social media.
Prioritize your audience; increasing interest in and, eventually, sales of your good or service should be your main goal. And only if you truly comprehend your audience will you be able to accomplish it.
The first step for me will be taking all i have learnt right now and putting it into practice to create a content creation framework as i do not have one before now.
One improvement could be to establish clear milestones and deadlines for each stage of the content creation process to ensure timely progress and accountability.
I would send the company guidelines to everyone on my team so that we produce content that meets the needs of our clients and supports our company mission.
I think this a great idea that I am going to piggyback off of! While I feel I that I do a great job organizing content, feedback from my team would either solitify my thoughts or help me reorganize to better benefit my team.
To improve our content creation process, I would like to have the team confirm the content relates to our buyer personas and confirm it serves our audience's needs and educates them over time.
I would make a set of poiunts/questions before I collborate with my team and then aske them for their thoughts and ideas in order to make a clear and concise plan to move forward.
I would make sure that all content is organized in a way that is clear and concise for everyone involved. I want to establish a framework that is repeatable but flexible enough when there are changes that need to be altered.
My reviewers could use a bit more clarity on what they should be looking for in their reviews. The reviews tend to be pretty open-ended which I think can get us off track in keeping the work progressing toward release.
