Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.
I think this a great idea that I am going to piggyback off of! While I feel I that I do a great job organizing content, feedback from my team would either solitify my thoughts or help me reorganize to better benefit my team.
To improve our content creation process, I would like to have the team confirm the content relates to our buyer personas and confirm it serves our audience's needs and educates them over time.
I would make a set of poiunts/questions before I collborate with my team and then aske them for their thoughts and ideas in order to make a clear and concise plan to move forward.
I would make sure that all content is organized in a way that is clear and concise for everyone involved. I want to establish a framework that is repeatable but flexible enough when there are changes that need to be altered.
My reviewers could use a bit more clarity on what they should be looking for in their reviews. The reviews tend to be pretty open-ended which I think can get us off track in keeping the work progressing toward release.
I would meet with my team to identify the key issues our clients are facing and conceptulise a framework around them. I would build flexibility into the framework so can have fresh content ready should the need arrise.
I would probably brainstorm with a team to conceptualise the content first, then get involved in the designation of roles to create said content and help devise an appropriate timeline not just for the project as a whole, but timelines for each individual.
To improve your content creation, you should stick with your content creation framework and always evaluate traffic analytics and update your progress; assessing your content analytics can also help track your campaign.
I am going to create a clear timeline to document my work, and I am going to clearly divide my work into segments that will clearly help with the workflow.
The one thing we could do (and are working on) with my current team is to determine a clear timeline that accuratly accounts for all the steps necessary to create a piece of content. This lesson has been super valuable in helping me take a step back at the process and identifying that as one of our biggest pain points.
To make my content process fluent i wil do few steps
1. Set goals (you should be clear what you want to create)
2. conducting a survey
3. ask for feedback
4. Discuess with others 5. Make timeline 6.Solve questions if anyone has some cofusion about anything 7.Get feedback at the time of submit.
repeat I think improving is continous process so face challanges, you will automatically improve your content creation process. Do Upvote if you like it.
In my field, I work with high school students and adults who work in the construction industry. I find it very hard to please both of these audiences because of how wide the age ranges are, what I will do for my next project is talk to the students I work with and ask them what they want to see or learn more about. creating a survey would be ideal but most will not particpate in doing that. I am still very new to this role so I am still learning how to nagvigate through our marketing reports
