Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.

Improving your content creation process
Stay updated on market latest trends and learn everyday if you stop you work and progress also step and do all task in formal manners and everyone do her work perfectly.
A small business may find it difficult to have all the resources to have an effective content marketing team.
To mitigate this, designing a content schedule that reflects the activities of the business and the pain points of the target audience can help to have a regular stream of content.
I am trying out a new program called asana. It's a project managment tool, and I willl use it to track all content project information. Starting with the deadline to create a certain number of ideas to writing editing and submission of the content.
For me, iII spent a little time segmenting my Audience by the program they came in for, next I will create a survey to know their pain point, how they want it solved and how they want the solution presented.
Love the guideline to align with quarterly and yearly business goals. The challenge in my organization now is that we don't have those (sad, but true 🙄) — hard to map out content without that...
to improve my content creation, i will evaluate engagement on my previous contents to know what works best and gets good engagement. then i will do further research around those topics and styles of communicating.
I will research about start up funding & create several poll or a single google form to know their knowlledge level & then create more content that resonates with them
