Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.
Q: Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process?
My answer: I would strive to create a very granular framework layout that can clearly and precisely allow us to monitor each content piece's progress with enough room to gather feedback from stakeholders involved at any point. For example, maybe we want to flesh out the pre-editing steps of the process to account for any unexpected or last-minute changes applied to the draft that will allow the author to document critical pieces of information behind these decisions for a later retrospect which can also contribute to optimizing the framework's agility at some point.
I want to think outside of the box. I don't want to do the same thing people have been doing, I want to be different and unique in order to really catch people's attention.
I think emphasising on making the process clear and repeatable without it getting in the way of creativity is what i'm trying to work on. Giving more detail to my framework and ensuring each step i well defined and clearly communicated with my collaborators will go a long way in streamlining the content creation process even though currently I work with a small team. I believe this will be helpful in ensuring the quality and consistency as my business continues to grow
For me, better collaboration with the team will make the process more seamless so I think I might adopt a survey approach to determine how we can work better. I also think researching the audience is important to be able to create a great content design
I used to worked as digital marketing specialist for 1 year at the enterprise company. I create and distribute company's content across multiple channels and create campaign strategies to strengthen brand to boost audiences. This marketing section isn't as hard as I think if I try for the best but first thing to do is I tell to my co-workers and my manager to ask what should I need to do to make this product content is being viral to the social media. I guess it's a good idea
I work in the Healthcare industry in the Middle East. The nature of our business is such that every 3rd building on a street is a healthcare organization, be it a pharmacy, or a clinic, or a hospital. This should give an idea of what kind of competition we are dealing with. This also makes it extremely hard to come up with ideas on what content to create and publicize so that we stay ahead of the lot and our prospective clients can find us when they are searching for solutions to their problems. In the process of content creation, I would want to add ONE more stage, that of a Research about the latest trends and what can sell vs. what would not.
I write and create content strategies for clients. Now I want to create a content strategy to bring my own business forward. I find it very difficult to get clear on the kind of content and topics I want to write to be consistent. I guess a framework can help me be more organised and clear my confusion.
I run a one-woman, two-kitty business, but since the kitties don't really help (how rude!) I'm basically doing everything myself. I've been struggling with almost every step of the content creation process, so I think the biggest things I need to start with are nailing down the story of my business, as well as creating a framework so the creation process is streamlined and easy to track.
For me, our content creation framework usually operates on a weekly basis, so it's a very quick turnaround. If I can get leadership on board to implement planning processes to push it a month or so out, it would help our workflow and not leave us all operating in such a crunch. So timelines and a working agreement established would be huge for our team!

My process in creating content could be improved by maintaining the delivery at an approximate due to date, so that I can concentrate on improving new products. If there are problems regarding my old products than I can concentrate on new ones more, or even launch unfinished yet polished products so that I always have something in store for my clients. This is how my process works, through back-up of a back-up of a back-up because clients most of the time just want products from you, just want you to deliver, and to deliver it well.
To revamp my content workflow, I'll be doing some surveys with everyone around me by talking face-to-face. My ideas often come up in the process of working, so it is not too difficult to modify it, by consulting all the colleagues around me and from there can choose ideas with content. the best
I am a team of One running my business and creating the content has been a struggle. I have no clear plan of what I want to create, I can't keep track of all the Content I create and the quality of the content is very disappointing.
I realize now that developing a Content Creation Framework is going to help make the Content Creation process easier for me because I will be able to come up with ideas in an organized and sustainable manner.
For me, I would come up with an idea of relatable content, then create an organized workflow and make each member of the team perform their responsibilities while doing the same at my end.
To me, the first thing i will do is create an organized workflow identifying he consumer journey stages, ientifying what member of the team is responsible for what under a time frame.
Since this would be the start of my first content I would think of an idea that is relatable & timely adaptive.A timeline for the content delivery would be an important aspect for me.
The one thing I can improve in my current process is organization and building a better workflow/framework. It seems to me that I have a lack of organization when it comes to certain goals and I need to be on top of it.
I feel one thing I can do to improve my content is to stay within my brand voice. I do not want to be all over the page. So this lesson helped me extremely!
Plan your content: Before you start creating content, spend some time planning what you want to say and how you want to say it. Think about the purpose of the content, your target audience, and the format (e.g. blog post, video, social media post).
Research: Conduct thorough research on the topic you're writing about. This will help you create well-informed content that provides value to your readers.
Create an outline: Once you've done your research, create an outline of your content. This will help you organize your thoughts and ensure that your content flows logically.
Write a first draft: Start writing your content based on your outline. Don't worry about getting everything perfect on the first try; just focus on getting your ideas down on paper.
Edit and revise: After you've written your first draft, take some time to review and revise it. Look for areas where you can improve the clarity or organization of your content, and make any necessary changes.
Proofread: Once you're happy with your revised draft, proofread it carefully to catch any typos or errors.
Publish and promote: Finally, publish your content and promote it on social media and other channels to reach your target audience.
By following these steps, you can improve your content creation process and produce high-quality content that engages your audience and achieves your goals.
