Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.

Improving your content creation process
My process in creating content could be improved by maintaining the delivery at an approximate due to date, so that I can concentrate on improving new products. If there are problems regarding my old products than I can concentrate on new ones more, or even launch unfinished yet polished products so that I always have something in store for my clients. This is how my process works, through back-up of a back-up of a back-up because clients most of the time just want products from you, just want you to deliver, and to deliver it well.
To revamp my content workflow, I'll be doing some surveys with everyone around me by talking face-to-face. My ideas often come up in the process of working, so it is not too difficult to modify it, by consulting all the colleagues around me and from there can choose ideas with content. the best
I am a team of One running my business and creating the content has been a struggle. I have no clear plan of what I want to create, I can't keep track of all the Content I create and the quality of the content is very disappointing.
I realize now that developing a Content Creation Framework is going to help make the Content Creation process easier for me because I will be able to come up with ideas in an organized and sustainable manner.
For me, I would come up with an idea of relatable content, then create an organized workflow and make each member of the team perform their responsibilities while doing the same at my end.
To me, the first thing i will do is create an organized workflow identifying he consumer journey stages, ientifying what member of the team is responsible for what under a time frame.
Since this would be the start of my first content I would think of an idea that is relatable & timely adaptive.A timeline for the content delivery would be an important aspect for me.
The one thing I can improve in my current process is organization and building a better workflow/framework. It seems to me that I have a lack of organization when it comes to certain goals and I need to be on top of it.
I feel one thing I can do to improve my content is to stay within my brand voice. I do not want to be all over the page. So this lesson helped me extremely!
Plan your content: Before you start creating content, spend some time planning what you want to say and how you want to say it. Think about the purpose of the content, your target audience, and the format (e.g. blog post, video, social media post).
Research: Conduct thorough research on the topic you're writing about. This will help you create well-informed content that provides value to your readers.
Create an outline: Once you've done your research, create an outline of your content. This will help you organize your thoughts and ensure that your content flows logically.
Write a first draft: Start writing your content based on your outline. Don't worry about getting everything perfect on the first try; just focus on getting your ideas down on paper.
Edit and revise: After you've written your first draft, take some time to review and revise it. Look for areas where you can improve the clarity or organization of your content, and make any necessary changes.
Proofread: Once you're happy with your revised draft, proofread it carefully to catch any typos or errors.
Publish and promote: Finally, publish your content and promote it on social media and other channels to reach your target audience.
By following these steps, you can improve your content creation process and produce high-quality content that engages your audience and achieves your goals.
Watching the lessons taught me that I don't have a clear buyer persona. I have a goal and I realize that I am walking in the wrong way. The road that I am passing through right now is blurred. I couldn't clearly see my goal at the end of it.
So, before I create my next content, I will make my buyer's persona and set a clearly defined goal. Like. why am I doing this stuff in the first place? What I am up to?
For me, that would be having a clearly defined goal for the piece of content that I'm about to create, and writing from the place of "why?" Why do I want to create this piece of content and for who? Probing the motives and intended outcomes before creating contents will help me to be more precise and strategic.
My team could use a much clearer set of expectations about what each stage of review will entail, and when in the process that review should happen. I could create a better visualization of those stages with dates and times.
Develop a content strategy: Before creating any content, it's important to have a clear idea of what you want to achieve with your content. You should develop a content strategy that outlines your goals, target audience, content topics, and distribution channel
I just restructured my spreadsheet to make it more clear and much easier to follow. Loved having such a specific example to look at! This is a tiny thing but the dropdowns to indicate the status of the post are perfect.
