Improving your content creation process

Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).

Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.

Improving your current content creation process

Me, I think I can improve my content creation process by researching relevant brands or industries, and getting an understanding of the needs of the target audiences and how my content going to help them to solve or fulfil their needs.  So far after going through a few classes, I have learnt that I should improve in planning and come out with a content creation framework to measure the quality of content in different stages such as before creation, during creation and after creation.

How can I Improve my Content Creation Process?

To improve my content creation process, I must research first on what's trending on a particular industry (e.g. beauty, technology, automobile etc.) I'm going to work on. By knowing what's on trend on that particular industry I'm creating a content on, I'll be able to establish a content that will relate to my audience. The content should also answer what concerns my target audience. The framework comes second and lastly is making sure the content is optimized for search engine.

I'll create a google doc and write all steps and headlines I want to write and make a schedule for it, it helps me not forget all the ideas.

To help me improve my content creation process, I will create templates for the types of content I will use regularly (e.g., instagram posts, blog posts, etc). This will save time and help me maintain consistency in terms of style, tone, and messaging.
