Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.
Define the corproate / marketing goal, develop the plan, and when down to each tasks, see how's my individual pics can align or collaborating with each tasks
Periodically review e.g. the persons
On going researches on social media practices / strategies as reference, eet up creative library
Exchange ideas with team, even with sales operations, as the ultimate goal is for sales and marketing
Explore if any internal resources for inspiration and content
I WILL IMPROVE MY CONTENT CREATION PROCESS BY REGULAR CHECKS IF SOMETHING IS CHANGING AROUND AND BY REVIEWING THE CONTENT ACCORDINGLY, LASTLY WILL HAVE A SURVEY FOR THE CONTENT I PUBLISHED,
I could improve the research phase by going wider and deeper, especially with respect to the different buyer stage requirements. Also, having a set timeline in advance and planning & perfecting the exact flow of work shall definitely help me ease the anxiety I sometimes have around delayed content tasks that catch me by surprise.
To improve the production of content I have to create a team of persona capable of the content that was defined. So first I must organize myself, I must have all the research and creation processes defined, know the target audience, look for references that can also help in the process of creating content
Identify the target audience, their needs and what stage of product/service consumption they are at then create content based on the above collected data sets

Improving your content creation process
As a team of one and a newbie to digital marketing all together I learnt from this course that my content always have to be mapped out in such a way that it addresses the needs of my target audience at every point of the marketing process. I also have to follow industry trend for my content to stay relevant.
I am a team of one, so I'd say its not been easy pulling ideas, structuring them and implementing them alltogether. However I'd say i need to work on the weekly and monthly structure and planning of my content beforehand so i dont get overwhelmed. Also monitoring analytics will help me understand what my target market love and what message my content should pass each time.
One thing that could improve my content creation process is to conduct more thorough research on the topic before beginning to write. This would allow me to have a better understanding of the subject and to incorporate more accurate and relevant information into my content.
When i start to creat content for social media i creat excel template as frame. And next add my title which is is important for us and business and we have to highlited this topic. Next stage we choose material type, like video, photo, informational or reels like tutorial. When we define our material type and content we can creat a to do list for month. Just following this to do list content just atract our customer.
My bigggest content writing challange is generating content ideas.. Now i will work on getting more ideas through conducting market surveys and using frequently asked market questions.
My content creation process includes framework with mounds of research, and group surveys to get feedback on content. Consistency and timeline managment is something I need to work on, to get enough content out each week, and stick to due dates. This will help keep me organized and focused on the tasks I need to accomplish.
For me it would be getting better organized by sharing a draft timeline with the team to get their inputs and make a schedule we all have a 'buy-in' to.
For me it would be to be clear and consistent on what type of content is needed in which stage of the buyers journey. Sometimes I feel that buyers journey is not well-known in my company and that editors are not always aware of what content they should focus on.
So my next steps would be to create a content audit, find gaps, educate team and find solution together.
For me, it would be reviewing my past work to see what went well and what content received the least attention. Learn about why. Then, talk with the content team to find a solution.
Also, talk with the sales and technical teams to see frequently asked questions by existing and potential customers.
Then, build a content creation strategy based on what I found.
Share the existing workflow and content creation framework and ask for feedback to ensure that it aligns with the business priorities, planned initiatives and company KPIs for the year ahead.
