Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.
Recently, I changed jobs and the new company is a dumpster fire!
Everything covered so far are action items I'm trying to implement, however, I'm getting a bunch of flack for changing how things have been done for 30 years. My most significant issue is trying to find files with no naming strategy. Let's not even get started on content yet. Let alone trying to get employees to work together and implement these actions that I know work.
I'd like to streamline execution of content requirements by getting everyone on the same page. An excel sheet ususally does not help and Trello might do a better job at resolving this challenge.
To improve the content creation process, I'd have to make a specific timeline and track them tightly. Along with it is important to manage people who are involved in the project and make sure everything is going with the right workflow.
I'm on a newly formed marketing team for a real estate company and of the five people on the team, I'm the only active real estate agent. Since we all have different experiences and viewpoints we are bringing to the table, a clearly defined goal will help all of us work together better...be of "one mind" instead of many!

Goal: Write a reply that succinctly answers kara_susvilla's question by making my thoughts known and transparent for future people who reply.
Creating a sort of "goal" section to each content piece I create will help all stakeholders know the way I think about the content creation process. I will plan to do this for future content creation.
I've been mostly a run and gun guy. But it got me nowhere fast. Thanks forthe insights regarding having a clear, repeatable and organized framework for content creation.
WHEN CREATEING CONTENT I NEED TO SET MY GOAL. LEARN, LEARN ON ONLINE LESSONs. CONFIDENTIALITY CONTENT COMPLETELY WITH OUTSTANDING OBJECTIVES. DON'T IGNORE AND PROMOTE ALL OUR SKILLS
I need to plan out my workflow in an organized and sequencial manner. I must also setup an organized editorial process, and I need to come up with a content offer in the first place through thurough research.
I can improve my content creation process outlining the different stages and also collaborating with others that are interested in getting better at content creation.
