Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.
1. Write on an appropriate topic either from frequently asked sales questions or important knowledge pertaining to your brand that might interest your audience.
2. Be open to changes while in your writing or planning process.
3. Keeping one's goal in kind helps to decide what kind of content to publish.
4. Breakdown the content creation process for easy guidance and sustainability.
For me, doing the list all your ideas possible it could. Then, make sure what content that your more needed, checking with the time. Check the google trend to see the supporting ideas.
Or I can build a schedule on an Excel form that lists each step of the content creation process. It allows me to refine my process later based on the form.
As a software creating company we can luckily rely on heavy usage of Jira & Teams365 to coordinate our marketing team. We can luckily skip excel-sheets, trello, dropbox to manage our content, communicate or store. So some parts of this quite helpful lesson could be ignored.
Conceptualizing is usually the toughest part of the journey for me So when I get a Topic for a peice of content I look on google for what people are googling about that topic so I know which questions I should be answering.
I am so new to the topic, and for that reason, one thing I can do right now is actually to use a content creation framework. I was a little familiar with the process. My goal would be to practice it to improve my use of it.
There's a whole lot I'm still trying to get a grasp of, but building a content creation framework is the first I will pursue and I believe I'll learn everything else before I become an expert in creating a professional content creation framework.
Mine would be to have an established workflow sequence. I often create content in one go, without breaking down the steps to fully access the authenticity and strength of the content.
