Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.
The one thing I can do to create my current process is to audit my blog posts to see what works well. Then I can start implementing Trello in my content creation process.
I have seen few ideas most interesting one would be how to create a survey for customers are providing service to them most important part keep your customer happy
First thing first I will create a framework for myself and my clients by using the principles taught by hubspot academy. Secondly I will surely account the seasonal changes and plan my content ahead.
There a few things a plan to do to make my content writing framework better is definetly using trello to track each part of my content creating process from writing briefs, creating an outline, research, writing to finally editing.Creating each of these process in my trello board will help me streamline my writing process considerably.
Secondly, using a google sheet to keep track of new ideas and key-points i would to include in that piece and sepearting them based on the buyer-journey stages.
Lastly, the naming and organizing my completed content in the form of Content format-Buyers journey stage-Campaign- Year is a great way to come back to certain content when needed.
first i will find out what the customer wants by sending a Survey to my customers base and then i will plan out my Content in excel and Make it very flexible.
We provide content for other organizations, and yet our content creation process is far from optimal. What I took from last lesson I watched was the style guide. There should be a short, cheatsheet type of style guide for all our clients, which would make it easier for our content creators to create content - even if they haven't created any for this particular client before.
I'm also going to check how our current tools such as Trello and Slack could help us in the content creation and reviewal processes.
